Long-time Salmon River summer resident Ken Liberman has written a series of 37 poems specific to the Salmon Mountains, the tall range that rings the Salmon River watershed. The use of the name Salmon Mountains is nearly lost these days but Liberman brings this spectacular mountain range to life with a focus on its many streams, lakes, trails, and trees.
Printed not far away in Arcata, California, this book features sketches and watercolors throughout by Salmon River's own S.J. Hugdahl.
The best part is that purchasing this book supports Salmon River restoration!

Drawing from SRRC's roots, this sought-after t-shirt proudly displays the "poach eggs not fish" linoleum block print design that was part of Salmon River residents' salmon education efforts in the early 1990s, when poaching of spring Chinook salmon posed a substantial threat to our beloved fish. Made from the original block print, this shirt represents our community's love and care for the spring Chinook.
